- Chris Barncard (barny@sma.sca.ncsu.edu) did eloquently inscribe:
-
- : Then again, does that "America" in "America's Dairyland" mean just the US,
- : or does it include all of America which, by definition I suppose, includes
- : continents? By this interperetation, does Canada hold stake in the land I
- : hail from? Egads! Does Cost Rica also?
-
- Costa Rica, yes.
-
- Canada, no.
-
- I believe the reference to "America's Dairyland" is actually simply a
- distinction between it and the other Dairylands across the world. So far,
- I know of Dairyland, Dairyworld, WhipTop Center, Dairy/MGM Studios, Tokyo
- Dairy, and EuroDairy in France.
-
- They have all had various degrees of success in their profit margins,
- with Dairyland itself actually being the oldest of the parks, and
- EuroDairy being the least popular.
-
- The real question we must ask ourselves is if the Dairy Channel is just
- too bland. Also, can we justify the movement of Dairy to Broadway? The
- musical production of "Beauty and the Homogenizer" is a nice spectacle
- and all, but is it a move by the insidious Walt Dairy people to take over
- the musical theatre industry with remakes of their movies?
-
- Only time will tell.
